FRAME

Our 5 7/8" mechanically fastened, multi-chambered, all vinyl frame is durable and easy to install making components easy to replace. There are three weather seals (two polyproplene pile Mylar fin seal plus a flexible bulb seal) to acheive maximum performance during various weather conditions. Anodized screen track and stainless steel roller track will ensure absolutely no corrosion to your patio door. An 8 degree sill slope optimizes drainage and water-tightness.

SASH

Mechanically fastened and reinforced will maximize strength and sturdiness to withstand high wind loads. 1" deep interlocks with finseal weather stripping at meeting rail, form a double perimeter seal for superior air-tightness. Matching pre-drilled top and bottom sashes make the doors easily reversible, even after the initial installation. Easy to adjust wheels are fitted with ports at each corner. Weather sealed tandem steel ball-bearing rollers with zinc alloy wheels make for a strong, durable and easy operation. One inch sealed units allow for optimal thermal performance.

OPTIONS

A 2" jamb and 1 1/4" sill extension make the door ideal for new construction. For enhanced security choose from a variety of options such as key locks, kick locks, security bars and our multi-point locking system. Match your home decor with a wide array of interior and exterior colours and finishes. Add decorative accents to your home by adding a selection of grill options or internal mini blinds. Venetian blinds are incorporated into the factory sealed unit making it easy to adjust the amount of light and privacy with the touch of a finger (available in 5',6', 7 1/2', 9' 10' and 12' doors).
