Ducana Windows & Doors Ltd. is the manufacturer of its own products. Unlike other window retailers we do not buy and sell windows and doors manufactured by other companies. This gives us a distinct advantage in that we have control over the materials we put into our windows and doors. By manufacturing our own window design and our own unique door system, you can be sure that you are getting exactly what you order from us year in and year out.

There are many companies however that we do order raw materials from. We are leaders in the use of state of the art window & door technology. We use many of the leaders in the industry from vinyl extrusions to screen mesh. Ducana's basic philosophy is this: "If it's not good enough for our house it's not good enough for yours". We do not use any inferior materials in our production of windows and doors that are imported from overseas. These materials and parts have been proven to be substandard and actually become more costly to repair or replace.

The delivery of all Ducana windows and doors to your home is done through our own fleet. We want to ensure that your product arrives in the same condition that it left our factory. As well, all of our installation crews are certified by Ducana. Installation is one of the most critical parts of any window purchase. We want to be able to guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the final stage of your purchase.

Ducana Windows & Doors Ltd. guarantees its windows and doors for a lifetime. This cannot be achieved by using materials or practices that would jeopardize the integrity of the product or the integrity of our company.
